John
Roper has been engaged in the commercial real estate field since
1972, and has resided in Orlando, Florida since 1980.
A gradute of the University Of Tennessee, Knoxville, with majors
in real estate and finance, he is a graduate of the Realtors
Institute, and holds a Certified Florida Evaluator designation
from the state of Florida. John is married with two adult
children and resides in the College Park section of Orlando.
Formerly, a vice-president of
the Helmsley-Spear Organization, Mr. Roper formed the present
brokerage company in 1987, with it's offices in Maitland,
Florida since inception. Mr. Roper has personally negotiated
leases totalling in excess of $16 million and covering more
than 420,000 square feet. He is a member, and past president
of the Kiwanis Club Of Orlando, and a member of various other
local clubs and organizations. His expertise includes
office leasing and management, as well as commercial brokerage.
